On Friday I taste tested prawn cutlets and calamari rings. These are made fresh and are very delicious compared to the other fried seafood I’ve tasted. Darin really knows how to bring the best out in food. We will also have Crumbed Whiting every day for the rest of summer. We are making our own tartare sauce and it will be included with all our seafood. If you love it and would like to buy it, it will be available seperately for sale. There is nothing like fresh tartare sauce.
