This week Darin made the BEST chicken stock and chicken jus. We have had chicken and vegetable soup that had delicious chunks of chicken and veges in the kind of stock that would cure anything.
The jus is going to be used on Friday for something really special. It tastes and smells amazing. It takes a long time to make jus. Lots of boiling, skimming straining, reducing, but wow the end result is like nothing I’ve ever tasted!
